Meet The Staff
Angie Luna
President & Owner
Angie is the founder and owner of City Houses, Inc since 2002. Angie is not in recovery, but she does have 25 years of experience in dealing with addiction and addictive behaviors. Angie is also a founding member and President of the NE FL Sober Living Alliance, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization comprised of sober living homes throughout NE Florida who empower, encourage and equip sober living homes with resources to improve community relationships and increase visibility of this very important role in addiction recovery.
Mia Williams
Vice President of Operations
Mia has been an integral part of the City Houses team since 2017, serving as the Vice President of Operations. Her personal experience with addiction and her journey to recovery, which started in February 2016, has provided invaluable insight into the recovery field. Mia's leadership and dedication have been instrumental in helping our residents on their path to sobriety.
Dow Lusk
Director of Operations
Dow, our House Manager at the Pearl St location, brings discipline and a strong sense of duty to our team. He has been in recovery since June 2020 and proudly served as a U.S. Marine for a decade. Dow's military background has instilled a sense of responsibility and order that benefits our residents as they work towards sobriety.
Jason Phillips
House Cook
Jason, our House Cook, brings the joy of delicious, nutritious meals to City Houses. With an extensive cooking background, he knows the power of good food in nurturing the body and soul. Jason began his journey to sobriety in March 2022 and continues to inspire residents with his culinary talents and positivity.
